While some students will spend their Reading Week drinking margaritas and lying on the beach, 10 Ryerson students will use the time to give a helping hand in Panama as part of a program called Alternative Spring Break.
In an effort to fundraise for their year-end exhibition in April, new media students are producing a “glam rock” themed show Artists of the Revolution at Lee’s Palace (Dance Cave) on Thursday.
Shortly after the air assault on Gaza began on Dec. 27, members of the Ryerson community mobilized to send food and medical supplies to civilians caught in the conflict.
