Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced Sunday morning that his minority government will be dissolved. Harper held a press conference at Rideau Hall to say that Canadians will head to the polls Oct. 14, 2008. Lack of support for his minority government is one of the main reasons he is ending his term early, he said.
